Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California consumers havethe right to request that Adfire Health not disclose or “sell” their personal information to a third party. The CCPA defines a “sale” broadly to include the transfer or sharing of personal information for anything of value, even if the information is not sold for monetary value. We do not sell your personal information for monetary value, but we do sometimes share it with third parties as part of the services we offer or in connection with a mutually beneficial business relationship. For that reason, we are giving you the optionto request that we “Do Not Sell” your personal information (also known as the “right to opt out”).

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make an opt out request on your behalf. Your authorized agent must provide us with your signed, written permission to submit the opt out request on your behalf. We may deny a
